Familiars (Small prints)
The Celts were known for a peculiar art motif called a zoomorph. These are most famously recognized from the Illuminated Manuscripts in the sacred Book of Kells. I have taken several animals - real, legendary, and extinct - and honored them by representing them in the tradition of the zoomorph. From the creation of this collection, I have called them Familiars. A familiar, as you likely know, is that special creature that holds a little piece of your soul.
